Hudson Harbor is a 24-acre residential and retail development located on the Hudson River waterfront in Tarrytown, NY. It will consist of 100 townhomes and 138 condos along with the retail component. The project includes a clubhouse, spa and outdoor pool. A walking path which hugs the river’s edge, allows the residents to enjoy a lifestyle centered around the Hudson River waterfront. The nearby Hudson Harbor Yacht Club and Marina with a ferry dock offers prime boat slips, boating, dining and social opportunities.

SESI's services included a Geotechnical Engineering Review in which SESI provided recommendations for supporting the buildings on spread footings supported on dynamically-compacted fill making the project economically feasible. The project was originally designed on pile-supported foundations. Additional services provided by SESI included full-time construction inspection services during the dynamic compaction, foundation construction including footings and backfill, subgrade preparation, utility installation and roadway construction.
