Steve DiPetrillo joined SESI Consulting Engineers in 2024 as Director of Finance, bringing over 25 years of experience in professional services, with a background spanning global firms in the accounting, insurance, and human capital sectors. He holds a bachelor’s in economics from Rutgers and an MBA in accounting from St. John’s University. Steve is known for his consultative problem-solving and has led large-scale system rollouts, including a global Oracle implementation across Asia and the Americas. At SESI, he leverages this depth of experience to strengthen financial strategy, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and support the firm’s long-term growth. His steady leadership and people-first mindset make him a trusted advisor within the organization.

Lara Lukman

Lara Lukman is the Director of Marketing at SESI Consulting Engineers, where she has been a driving force behind the firm’s brand and business development efforts for nearly a decade. Having advanced through multiple roles since 2016, Lara blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution across B2B marketing, award submissions, case studies, and client communications. With a dual background in marketing and law from Babson College, she brings a sharp analytical mindset to storytelling that elevates SESI’s technical excellence. Frederick “Fritz” Berghausen

Frederick “Fritz” Berghausen joined SESI Consulting Engineers in 2022 as Director of Project Management, bringing over 30 years of experience in the food, beverage, and flavor ingredient industries. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has founded and led two successful companies, drawing on a deep legacy as the fifth-generation owner of his family business. Fritz holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Xavier University. His leadership style blends innovation with operational precision, making him a valued strategist and collaborator across SESI’s project portfolio.
